We have been waiting a long time (after a small delay) but applications for the 2019 vExpert program are now open.
I think back to when I started to get involved in this program probably around 2010-2011 I guess, I authored a lot of content for HP, and with the help of my bud Calvin Zito. I got more and more involved in sharing my content with other virtualisation practitioners around the world.
I didn’t realise at the time but, the VMware vExpert program was and still is one of the most rewarding initiatives in the I.T industry. The bulk of the members are humble, knowledgable and always willing to share their learnings and experiences with each other – something that really speaks to the requirements around the program.
“The annual VMware vExpert award is given to individuals who have significantly contributed to the community of VMware users over the past year. The title is awarded to individuals (not employers) for their commitment to sharing their knowledge and passion for VMware technology above and beyond their job requirements.”
